However, based on what I've seen in my own experience and in that of others, this process is slow, unfocused, and indirect relative to deliberate healing practices like [[IFS]]: [[Nondual practices can be healing, but it's slow, unfocused, and indirect]]. Sometimes you just need to get in there and scrub that dirty rag.
