Concepts are relatively useful: [[Good explanations solve problems]] and [[Maps are imperfect but useful]]. But [[Concepts aren't ultimately true]]. The ultimate truth is the raw experience of what is, here and now: [[There is only what is]]. When [[Parts]] of us are attached to concepts, it can create a false sense of a subject object relationship between you and the distinct conceptual things you're experiencing. This attachment often leads us to taking experience for granted as we mistake the concept for the experience itself. [[True meditation]], [[Self-Inquiry]], and yoga meditation among other practices can help us investigate the truth of what we think we know conceptually of experience. And when these concepts fall away, and we know the experiential sense of not knowing, then we find Truth: [[Self is not knowing]].
