When [[Parts]] of you believes that what is true of the external world should be different, and a part takes action, internal conflict has become external. This isn't to say that, relatively speaking, there aren't problems or that we shouldn't solve them. There are and we should: [[Solving problems is fun and useful]]. However, there are no external problems to solve that will give us what we seek: [[You are what you seek]] and [[There are no problems to solve]] and [[Life shouldn't be different]].
[[Shoulds create division]]. It is because parts of us believe life (including what other people do and believe) should be different that we fight over resources and ideas. This implies that healing and awakening on the individual and collective level will lead to unity: [[Peace, freedom, joy, love, and beauty are contagious]]. And conversely, suffering and trauma lead to division and conflict: [[Trauma, conflict, subjection, despair, and hate are contagious]].
