The experience of being, when we're not blended with a [Part](Parts) who is attached to ideas, concepts, and knowledge, is free from the known. Everything we know is a thought about experience. But being aware has a quality of not knowing. And paradoxically, there is an experiential kind of knowing ([[Self is knowing]]), but it is the knowing of the ultimate truth that cannot be captured with words.
