If you feel that you _should_ meditate, then you can be sure that there's a [part](Parts) of you that's trying to get something that you don't already have: [[Self has no agenda]]. But there's nothing that [[True meditation]] _gets_ you that's not intrinsic to your essential nature: [[Self is whole]]. And once your true nature is revealed, true meditation is simply resting in and as what you already and always essentially are. When you feel the intuition to rest in stillness and silence, then honor this call to meditate: [[Self is still]] and [[Self is silent]]. When you don't feel this intuition, notice that even in the midst of everyday experience, your true nature welcomes all: [[Self welcomes all]].
