Especially once we're established in our [[Self]]. But setting an intention to practice daily, especially when we're getting started and we're not yet all too familiar with our [[Self]], can help us awaken more clearly and deeply. But even those who are largely [[Self-led]], can't be harmed by taking a few moments to rest in being.
